On Google's mobile computing platform all that needs to be done is for users to to Settings > Game Sync in GeForce Now, and the feature will identify games in their Steam library that are supported by GeForce Now and automatically add them to 'My Library' within the app. Today the same level of integration has arrived on Chromebooks.

Nvidia recently added Steam Sync support to GeForce Now’s PC and macOS apps and it is said to have been a popular change.
All Chromebook users needed to do was head on over to and log in with their GeForce Now account to get started. Last month Nvidia added Chromebooks to the GeForce Now ecosystem, brightening up these dull browser-based machines with a link to AAA gaming fun. Ansel was originally launched in May 2016 and was updated to be R TX On friendly (again depends on the game/engine) in August 2018.
Moreover, some games/engines offer greater support for Ansel features than others, especially in the ability to position the camera in the scene and 360/VR screenshot support. Many but not all games support Ansel and it is supported by popular games engines such as Unreal Engine 4 and Unity 5.
The Alt-Z hotkey tool allows users to carefully compose screenshots, preview post-process filters, capture HDR imagery in high-fidelity formats, and share them in 360 degrees using your mobile phone, PC, or VR headset. In case you don't know, Ansel is Nvidia's gaming screenshot composition software. Additionally, as usual, Nvidia has announced 10 new games that will become available for GeForce Now streaming gamers now or in the near future. This week there are a couple of notable additions firstly GeForce Now users will be able to dabble in the art of in-game photography using Nvidia Ansel, secondly Chromebook users are now able to sync their PC Steam library on their portables.

The graphics etc all depend on how fast your internet speed is, it’s sort of mind boggling when I try to think about it, all those years of being told you need to update your graphics card etc, those days are basically over, anyway, just check out what else you can do with this app, I just hope one day and one day soon, Google should just partner with Nvidia, I am not sure how this Stadia thing will go, too much competition, but what do I know? Of course some people might have issues especially if you decide to use the Android app because you can only run Android apps on your Chromebook if your Chromebook was made in 2017 or later. As long as you have a good internet connection, this cloud based gaming is amazing and it is the future, we might as well get used to cloud-based gaming now rather than later. I have just signed up for it and wow, I can play virtually every single game from my Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, Origin and of course my beloved Steam account. Today we will highlight some reasons why we think you should try NVIDIA GeForce NOW on your ChromeOS because honestly, if you ever complained about Chromebooks not having “premium” games, that excuse is virtually over as long as you use this app.

Hello everyone, you can download NVIDIA GeForce NOW for Chromebook and experience a new way to literally play almost any Steam game by using this revolutionary app, but let me take a step back, I know that Google has the Stadia cloud gaming service which is basically the same thing with the exception that the GeForce Now app and it’s service seem cheaper and easier to use, but that’s a story for another day.
